Last night Patrick Viera kicked someone who lives below the poverty line and is getting criticised for it. In my opinion, the geezer had it coming and shouldn’t be so aggressive with his begging in future.

Its just clout-chasing, attention seeking, a sign of the times, and just about everyone reckons Viera was right to react how he did.

The police can just send out questionnaires to those involved and then prosecute anyone who fills it in honestly. Law and order is a doddle.

Was watching footage of the Tunnel Access ( bit like the stuff we do when we win or draw with big clubs!) if you didn’t know you would think these celebrations must mean they won the title or a major Cup, not just secured 17th place in the PL! Doubt we will see scenes like this in Manchester (or Liverpool!) on Sunday afternoon.

They can’t have it both ways. If they don’t want you to defend yourself against threats (verbal threats can still be cause for self defence), then they have to provide protection for people at work.
Everton FC didn’t provide Viera with any protection at their place of work. They would also should have figured pitch disruption was likely given the nature of the game.
They also made the away team have to walk accross the pitch because of building work or something.
I think it’s in PL and Everton’s best interest that the police let this one go. Law suits could get very messy if Viera was ever charged.

Not too long ago Noble got a slagging off on here for reacting to fan coming at him giving it large now everyone is taking a different view how strange!
